Open Question: Is an efficiency apt in a lodge in AK covered under the landlord tenant act?

I am renting this studio type room in a lodge. There are 4 of them and everyone is renting month to month. It has been miserable anyway due to partying next door. Yesterday I was taking a nap due to lack of sleep from noise next door. There was two knocks at my door. I jumped up as all I had on was a shirt and underwear. I had my pants in my hand when the owner opened the door. She had two people with her and said she thought I was gone and she was showing them the room. How would she know if I was there or not? Even so she can't just come in anytime she wants to. I have not given notice nor has she given me notice, so why is she showing the place? The landlord tenant act states it does not cover hotels and room houses, so I am not clear. Anyone know about this? This is not my worst landlord tenant story in Ak either. Thanks.
