Open Question: How do I get off this lease?

Here is the situation. I signed a 1 year lease with a friend from work. Myself, my friend, and his boyfriend were looking for a new place together. My friend and I are on the lease and the boyfriend is not. A few months later they asked if their friend could move in, she was having tough times. I agreed to it. Things started to go downhill between my friend and I after I caught him beating my dog. I decided to move out. Gave them my notice and left. I spoke to the office and let them know that I was moving, and I wanted out of the lease because me and my roommate were not getting along. I got my roommate to sign the release form: he does not qualify on his own. He still has his boyfriend and the other girl living there. I've also let the office know that he has a roommate ready to replace me. I've called my roommate, his boyfriend, and the girl repeatedly - sent text messages, left voicemails. At first I would get an "Okay... I'll let him know... " etc. Now they are completely ignoring me. No response or communication to any of my messages. I've been moved out for at least two months; there are two roommates to replace me on the lease but I can't get them to fill out the paperwork in the office. The office knows the boyfriend lives there and all the manager said he would do was call them to come in and sign the paperwork. I feel like I've been reasonable but this situation is beginning to look helpless. What can I do?
